Immutable Passport is available globally; however, its wallet infrastructure is subject to regulation by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). OFAC administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions programs targeting specific countries and regions.

If you are attempting to access Passport from a region under OFAC sanctions, your access will be blocked, and you will be unable to use our product.
