We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows users to withdraw assets mistakenly sent to their Passport address on Ethereum L1 to another Ethereum L1 wallet of your choice (e.g., MetaMask). This feature addresses the common issue of assets being sent to the wrong address and improves user experience.

• Supported Assets: $ETH (native), $IMX, $GOG, $ILV, $USDC — and now also $USDT, $QUEST, and $IMT!

• No Gas Fees: No gas ($ETH) is required for either the source or destination address. Fees are covered by us.

• Quick and Easy: The process is fast, typically taking under a minute to complete.

How to Withdraw Your Assets

1. Log In to Immutable Play

   • Go to Immutable Play and log into your account.
     

2. Navigate to the Balance Page

   • Click on the Balance page to view your assets.

3. Select Ethereum as Your Network

   • Choose Ethereum as your network for the withdrawal.
     

4. Choose the Token to Withdraw

   • Select the token you wish to withdraw (e.g., $ETH, $IMX, $USDC, $USDT, $QUEST, $IMT).

5. Enter the Destination Wallet Address

   • Input the wallet address where you wish to transfer your funds (e.g., MetaMask).

6. Confirm the Transfer

   • Click on Transfer and confirm the signature request to initiate the transaction.
     

7. Funds Transferred

   • After confirming, wait for the process to complete. Once done, check your destination wallet for the funds.

1. Are the assets supported only $ETH, $IMX, $GOG, $ILV, and $USDC?

• We now also support $USDT, $QUEST, and $IMT! More tokens may be added soon — stay tuned.

2. Does this feature only support Ethereum L1 and not other chains?

• Yes, this feature supports withdrawals from Ethereum L1 to another wallet on Ethereum L1. We are working on expanding this to support other chains in the future.
